Virtual cards
Need something that works online within minutes? Virtual cards are made for that. They are created almost instantly, often added to a phone wallet, and used for subscriptions, online services and shops in other countries. A number are distributed via Telegram bots or small apps.
Listings answer the practical questions: charges for issuing and loading, how currency is converted, which services refuse the card, and how it behaves with an empty balance.
Plenty of these providers are new and publish thin documentation. When terms are vague the review states it, and figures from other sources carry an unofficial label.
